From the esteemed Blair Athol distillery, nestled in the Scottish Highlands, comes this exceptional 15 year old single malt. Distilled in 2008, the spirit initially matured in a refill hogshead before undergoing a unique finishing process in a first-fill Syrah wine barrel. A special release of just 180 bottles by DS Tayman named the ‘Simcha Edition’. Notes of plum and cinnamon.
