This Bowmore comes courtesy of the Character of Islay Whisky Company. It’s part of a series, The Stories of Wind & Wave, designed to showcase what the island’s output is all about. There’s sea spray abundant in the nose, with grass clippings and smoke sitting alongside salted caramel and creamy vanilla.
