Bruichladdich Re/Define 21 Year Old

Crafted solely from stocks created since Bruichladdich distillery’s renaissance in 2001, this is the distillery’s first ever 18 year single malt release. Distilled from a combo of wholly traceable barely, this whisky aged predominantly in ex-bourbon casks, and enjoyed transformative contributions from Sauternes and Port casks, all of which were married for 9 months before bottling. Notes of ripe peach and honeysuckle.
