Caol Ila 175th Anniversary – 24 Year Old

Caol Ila has capped its birthday year in 2021 with the release of a very special single malt whisky, aged for 24 years and combining the distillery’s trademark peat smoke with elegant fresh fruit, a kiss of salt and a kick of pepper. There’s so much to like here, from an intense sweetness on the palate to the long, warming finish of soft spice, rich cocoa and lingering campfire embers.
