A 15-year-old independently bottled Craigellachie from Bishop, Green and Fisher. Producer’s tasting note: Chocolate and praline with malty, earthy hints on the nose, followed by ginger, fudge, vanilla and creamy oats on the palate, finishing with smooth clotted cream and soft vanilla.
