Daftmill 2012 – Summer Release 2025

A truly individual single malt from Daftmill distillery, a Lowland gem known for paving their own way using a sustainable farm-to-bottle approach to whisky making. Distilled in 2012, the spirit matured for 12 years exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Clermont Springs distillery. This summer release is limited to a total 5250 bottles due to Daftmill’s distinctive seasonal operations philosophy. Notes of orchard fruit and sweet grain.
