This annual release pays tribute to the memory of George Urquhart, a pioneer for single malt whisky and the second-generation owner of Gordon & MacPhail. Included in this collection is a 65-year-old Glen Grant, distilled in 1958 and matured in a sherry butt by George Urquhart himself. On the nose, expect aromas of resin, tobacco, and black cherries, followed by notes of liquorice, chocolate powder, and leather.
