An innovative blend of grain and malt Scotch aged for a minimum of 15 years. A solera system is used to produce this unique whisky: casks are married in a specially designed vat where a yield is routinely siphoned off and bottled. Living Souls are an up and coming blending house and independent bottler. Notes of cured meat and dried fruit.
