Celebrating the beauty of long aged whisky, this Scottish blend brings together malt from across Scotland. This whisky enjoyed 25 years aging in a premium first-fill sherry butt. Cask eight comes with an illustration by artist Jim Moir, it depicts the Guillemot, a bird native to the Shetland Islands. Notes of raisin and brown sugar.
