Proper No. Twelve Blended Irish Whiskey

Proper No. Twelve is the brainchild of a collaboration between famous Irish boxer Connor McGregor and David Elder, the former manager of the Bushmills distillery. Named after the area that Connor McGregor lived as a child, Dublin 12, this fine blend was made with grain and malt whiskies aged in bourbon barrels. The nose is floral with a hint of vanilla and some sandalwood notes. The palate is rich with honeyed fruit flavours and a bit of fire from white pepper, before an oaky finish with some caramel. Quite a nice little addition to the dram market.
