Here we have a six-year-old rye whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company. It’s the bottler’s second batch sourced from the Helsinki Distilling Co, comprising a blend of 70% malted rye and 30% malted barley. The spirit has been aged over six-years in a charred American oak cask.
