Mexxo Mezcal

This wonderful Mezcal, from Mexxo, has been made using techniques that have been honed over generations. It’s been made using Maguey espadín, a close cousin of the Blue Agave plant. The plant’s hearts are slowly roasted in a pit, before being distilled in copper stills.
