Balcones Rumble

This Texan spirit is something a little different. It’s not a rum, though it does boast rum-like fruity qualities. Local honey, figs and sugar are fermented together and matured in small oak barrels. The profile is complex, sweet and bold, with notes of vanilla, caramel, honey and apple peel.
