Ardmore 2013 – 10 Year Old – Bishop, Greene & Fisher

A cask that previously held heavily peated whisky has been used to matured Ardmore’s lightly peated spirit for a decade, resulting in a smoky dram with charred heather, honey, shortbread, brine, bacon and tobacco notes.
