Ardmore 2013 – 11 Year Old – Tri Carragh

Ardmore’s lightly peated spirit here gets amplified by maturation in a cask that previously held Laphroaig – layering secondary smoke notes on top of Ardmore’s core character. Sweet notes accompany the peat, ranging from apple danish pastries to pinapple cubes and candied lemon.
