A rare, mature single cask bottling of 15 year old single malt from Speyside distillery Auchroisk. Distilled in 2009, the spirit aged in a refill cask before a revolutionising finish in a first fill ex-bourbon cask. Just 240 bottles were yielded, making this a stand out addition to independent botter Gleann Mor’s Rare Finds series. Notes of apple pie and peppery spice.
