Bardstown’s Discovery Series focuses on the art of blending, and showcases what the distillery could do even before its own whiskey was ready. This #10 release is a combination of: 

• 62% 9yo Kentucky whiskey – 78% corn, 13% rye, 9% malted barley
• 18% 13yo Kentucky whiskey – 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley
• 10% 10yo Georgia whiskey – 80% corn, 10% rye, 5% wheat, 5% malted barley
• 8% 6yo Kentucky whiskey – 53% corn, 26% rye, 21% malted barley
• 2% 10yo Tennessee whiskey – 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malted barley

Toasted Pecan, maple, and baked cherry lead to a luscious palate of vanilla cream, hazelnut, and cocoa. A lasting finish balances deep, decadent flavours with lasting spice.
