A robust cask strength bourbon from the historic Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. Distilled in 2017 with a mash bill of 73% corn, 15% wheat, and 12% malted barley, the spirit was charged into American oak casks and racked in Holladay’s iconic rickhouses. A limited edition release as part of the distillery’s Rickhouse Proof series. Notes of dark chocolate and coffee.
