From the Heritage Highland distillery Ben Nevis, comes this entirely unique, limited edition single malt. Distilled in 2011, the spirit was filled into a Recioto della Valpolicella hogshead, where it spent 13 years of maturation, absorbing the rich, fruity character of the Italian red wine while enhancing the distillery’s own distinctive profile. Just 299 bottles were captured for this special release by independent bottler Infrequent Flyers. Notes of apricot and marzipan.
