The most unique of Islay whiskeys, this is single cask, single malt from Bruichladdich distillery. Optic barley was used to distill in 2007, the spirit was then aged for a generous 16 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel. An exceptional addition to Bruichladdich’s Micro-Provenance series, intended to highlight the many important variables key to a perfect single malt. Notes of vanilla and lemon drop.
