Description
This 12 year old Islay single malt is heavily peated and harks from Caol Ila distillery. Distilled in 2010, the peated new make aged in a Brunello di Montalcino (Italian red wine) wine hogshead, eventually outturning just 289 bottles. An intriguing, limited bottling by independent bottler Ferg and Harris. Notes of smoked prosciutto and figs.
