Chartreuse Yellow Liqueur

Here we have a bottle of Yellow Chartreuse. It’s slightly mellower than the more traditional green version, but it’s still made according to the recipe passed down to Carthusian Monks in the 17th century. Drink it as cold as possible, after dinner.
