A mature release of 18 year old single malt from Speyside giant Craigellachie, this rare bottling is inspired by the Highlands many legendary beasts. Distilled in 2005, the whisky rested in a premium Cognac cask. Just 278 bottles were bottled of this phenomenal spirit by impressive independent bottler Spiritfilled. Notes of baked apple and vanilla.
