Description
This 15 year old single malt was distilled from Optic barley grown in Daftmill distillery’s own fields. Distilled in 2009, the whisky is comprised of 19 ex-bourbon casks and excited by just a single ex-pedro ximenez sherry cask. This is a highly limited annual release by Daftmill distillery. Notes of vanilla and custard.
