From much loved Highland distillery, Dalmore comes this unique 21 year old single cask single malt. Distilled in 2003, the whisky aged for more than two decades in a premium first fill oloroso sherry hogshead. Only 199 bottles were yielded by independent bottler Signatory Vintage as part of their Symington’s Choice range. Notes of toffee and raisin.
