From heritage, Speyside distillery Dalmore, comes this exquisite 21 year old expression. This spirit began its maturation in white oak ex-bourbon barrels and first-fill sherry casks, it was then finished in rare 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks from the González Byass bodega. It forms the pinnacle of Dalmore annual ‘Principle Collection’. Notes of orange and roasted walnut.
