This straight rye whiskey has been bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. It’s the second batch to come from Distillery 291, in Colorado. Thrice-distilled in locally-made pot stills, aged in virgin charred white-oak barrels and finished in toasted Aspen staves.
