Doorly’s 12 Year Old Rum

Doorly’s rum comes all the way from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados. At twelve years old, it’s slightly more mature than some of its stablemates, with chocolate, toffee and oak a great deal more prominent. Sweet, complex and endlessly tantalising.
