Glen Moray 2008 – Manzanilla Finish – Warehouse 1 Release

Following the extremely well-received 2005 Tokaji and 2008 Barolo releases, Glen Moray are presenting the final release of Warehouse 1’s inaugural year of bottlings. The last expression is a bottling of Glen Moray distilled in 2008 and matured for over 13 years, first in ex-Bourbon casks before being transferred into four ex-Manzanilla Sherry casks for finishing. The result is a whisky with a fresh & evocative opening of sweet ripe pears, green apples and freshly cut grass, before herbal tea and oak spice notes create a luxurious finish.
