Part of the ‘Benchmark’ range from indie bottler Murray McDavid, this Glen Spey was distilled in 2007 and aged for fourteen years. A finishing spell in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask makes for a delightful, complex profile. Just 181 bottles were produced.
