GlenAllachie 8 Year Old – Scottish Virgin Oak

This single malt is part of the Glenallachie Virgin Oak Series, and underwent additional maturation in casks made of Scottish Sessile Oak sourced from the Atlantic coast. This oak imparts luxurious notes of blonde chocolate, with hints of zesty orange and smooth toffee. Bottled at 48%, natural colour and non chill filtered, this golden sunset coloured whisky offers a unique drinking experience. The nose bursts with baked oats, butterscotch, toffee, cinnamon, gingersnaps, and heather honey. On the palate, there are lashings of heather honey, orchard fruits, and lemon zest, followed by white chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, with toffee and butterscotch on the finish.
