Milk & Honey Young Single Malt – Triple Cask

According to Scottish rules, a malt cannot legally be classified as a whisky unless it is matured for at least three years. To that end, up and coming Israeli distillery Milk & Honey are playing it safe with Young Single Malt, a fresh and experimental expression matured in bourbon and red wine casks for a distinct flavour.
