Mount Gay Single Estate Edition 4

Mount Gay’s Single Estate series represents the distillery’s exploration into terroir-driven rum-making. Edition four takes the 2019 harvest from a single sugarcane crop, and uses the resulting molasses to create a light golden rum with aromas of fresh cut grass, oaky, green apple, white roses, jasmine, toffee, vanilla, red fruits and gingerbread.
