Oxley Gin

Oxley Gin is an interesting one. Distilled under vacuum, this boils at -5C and re-condenses at -100C – which sounds crazy but just one taste and you’ll see how amazing this is. The nose features juniper, floral blossom notes, pine, dried herbs and zest. The palate is a herbal one, with zest notes, grapefruit, juniper and a little aniseed. Star anise and juniper can be detected in the finish.
