Pelter Pink Lady Gin

This Israeli gin is made with a base of pink lady apples, which are then triple distilled with various locally-sourced botanicals to create this gentle, aromatic Mediterranean gin. 

Pelter gin was founded in 2013 by two brothers who also run a popular winery. They imported a Cognac still from France for their purpose, and since then they have been making both brandy and gin which are gaining a popularity not only in Israel but also worldwide.
