Rock Rose Old Tom Pink Grapefruit Gin

Something a bit different – as ever – from Scottish distillers Rock Rose, this is a nice twist on the classic Old Tom. The eponymous pink grapefruit is very much the order of the day here, hand peeled and added into the mix with a touch of lavender and vanilla to give the finished product a near perfect refreshing taste.
