Exceptionally popular in its South American homeland this is truly unique aged rum from Columbia in altitude of over 2200 metres. Made from sugar cane, the rum is distilled then aged for a generous 8 years in white oak casks in the forests surrounding the distillery- here it takes on complexity and character from the landscape.
