The Cairn CRN57 30 Year Old

In 2022 Gordon & MacPhail opened the Cairn distillery in Scotland, 57 degrees north of the equator. While they wait for the whisky to mature, they’ve released a series of blended malts which showcases what we can expect. This 30-year-old release is a mix of long-aged whiskies from Gordon & MacPhail’s extensive warehouses and offers complex layers of sherry-cask influenced flavours, including fruit cake, toffee, dates, cinnamon, and liquorice.
