The Cairn CRN57 57 Year Old

In 2022 Gordon & MacPhail opened the Cairn distillery in Scotland, 57 degrees north of the equator. While they wait for the whisky to mature, they’ve released a series of blended malts which showcases what we can expect. This is the second oldest in the CRN57 series and offers a contemplative and profoundly complex experience, with notes of dried tobacco leaf, dark fig, polished wood, old leather and a profoundly long finish.
