The London Distillery Company 6 Year Old – Yesteryear

This 6-year-old rye whisky, distilled in 2011, was recovered from glass by the new owners of the London Distillery Company and finished in both first-fill sherry octaves and a refill sherry quarter cask. The result is an intensely sherried whisky with copious notes of red fruit, chocolate, orange and fruit cake joining rye cereal and herb notes.
