Waterford Ballymorgan – Edition 2

The second bottling of Waterford’s Ballymorgan Irish whisky has been made using barley grown in County Wexford, on the Ballymorgan farm. This series has been put together to demonstrate just how big a difference that the farm really makes – in this case, you can expect cookies and citrus in the palate, with a twist of black pepper to finish.
