Waterford Lakefield – Edition 1.1

Part of Waterford Distillery’s Single Farm Origin range, this whisky is created exclusively with the ‘Irina’ malted barley harvested in 2016 from the Lakefield farm in County Laois. Long fermentation, slow double distillation, and a 3 year and 7 month maturation in a variety of casks all contribute to a full textured whisky with a complex, fruity profile.
