Waterford Sheestown – Edition 2

This is Waterford’s second expression made from barley sourced from the Sheestown farm in Kilkenny. The range has been put together to show off the terroir of the farm; here, we get cinnamon and black pepper up front, and cantaloupe lingering into the finish.
