Yoichi Aromatic Yeast – Nikka Yoichi

Here we have one of two releases from Nikka which emphasise the role played by yeast in the creation of great Japanese whisky. This particular whisky was distilled at Yoichi; it’s a member of the brand’s more experimental ‘Discovery’ range.
