Maker’s Mark 101 Proof

Released as a Travel Retail exclusive expression in 2018, Maker’s Mark 101 is a cask strength 1010 proof (50.5% ABV in English), and in spite of its strength, it is incredibly sweet and spicy. The nose is quite nutty, with notes of vanilla, toffee, Demerara sugar and nutmeg, leading to the sweet palate with more of what’s detected on the nose. The medium length finish is warm with more nutmeg on the tail and a caramel kick.
