GlenAllachie 2009 – 11 Year Old – Grattamacco Barrique Barrel

Glenallachie’s single cask releases continue the distillery’s intriguing wood experimentation. This whisky was distilled in 2009 and spent a secondary maturation in a Grattamacco red wine barrique from Tuscany, Italy. Imparting notes of toffee, cocoa and ginger, this cask was bottled at cask strength producing 302 bottles only.
