Glenfiddich’s Experimental Series certainly lives up to its name: this edition came into existence after 20 whisky gurus selected expressions from thousands of stacked casks in the famous distillery. The result is remarkable. Deep gold in colour, the whisky’s flavours comprise almonds, liquorice and sweet cinnamon. Mm!
