Glenfiddich’s Gran Cortes XXII is, as the name might suggest, a twenty-two-year-old Speyside that’s a cut above the rest of the distiller’s output. Gran Cortes is finished in Spanish Sherry Casks, which provide a distinct fruitcake twist to that layered oak-and-vanilla profile.
