Redbreast PX Edition

Here we have a Single Pot Still Irish whiskey from Redbreast. It’s part of the ‘Iberian Series’, Redbreast PX has been initially matured in bourbon casks and oloroso sherry casks, before being finished in Pedro Ximenez hogsheads from the south of Spain.  Expect toasted nuts and dried fruit.
