Teeling 15 Year Old – Sauvignon Blanc Cask

This single-grain Irish whiskey comes courtesy of the Teeling Distillery. It’s been made using a blend of 95% corn and just 5% malted barley, and aged for fifteen years. For the most part, this was in ex-bourbon casks – but a twelve-month finishing spell in Sauvignon Blanc casks has helped to lend a touch of fruity complexity.
